Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Executive based in Odisha, India. The role involves managing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The Territory Sales Executive will execute sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Additional responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and providing feedback to improve sales outcomes. Qualifications - Expertise in Sales, Relationship Management, and Business Development - Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision Making - Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills - Ability to analyze and report performance metrics effectively - Ambition to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment - Experience in the personal care or FMCG industry is an added advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Willingness to travel and engage with clients within the assigned territory
