Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Business Executive located in Patna. The Territory Business Executive will be responsible for managing sales within the assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, implementing strategic sales plans, promoting First Remedy's range of healthcare products, and providing exceptional customer support to clients. The role also involves regular reporting and collaboration with the sales team to achieve company objectives. Qualifications - Sales and Business Development skills to identify new opportunities and achieve sales targets - Relationship Management and Communication skills to build connections with healthcare professionals and clients - Solid Product Knowledge in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related fields - Problem-Solving and Organizational abilities to efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical sales role is highly advantageous
