Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Territory Incharge, located in Aurangabad. The Territory Incharge will be responsible for maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, creating business strategies, managing sales operations, and ensuring dealer satisfaction. The role requires interaction with clients and staying updated on warranty and disbursement records.
1. Dealer Visits
Regularly visiting existing dealers.
Reviewing their business performance and challenges.
Communicating new schemes, products, or company policies.
2. Dealer Follow-up & Training
Providing product knowledge and sales training to dealers.
Following up to ensure training effectiveness.
Guiding and supporting the dealer's sales staff as well.
3. New Dealer Appointment (Additional Dealer Type)
Identifying and registering new dealers.
Checking viability (location, market potential, financial strength).
Onboarding them and explaining company policies and systems.
In short, the job scope will be:
Strengthening existing dealers (visits & training).
Expanding the dealer network (new appointments & support).
Qualifications
- Automobile Dealership experience of minimum 8-10 years
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales Operations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Aurangabad
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/BE Mechanical/Diploma in Marketing, or related field
