Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and driving product sales. Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, creating sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to address client challenges. The role also involves meeting sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Position : We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work with the Sales Director to augment the sales efforts in taking the company to #1 in Test & Measurement solutions of the WiFi ecosystem. Required Skills & Attributes: 2 to 4 years of experience in sales in technical domain Strong technical aptitude preferably inwireless tech, broadband, network performance metrics. Good Communication skills to be able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders and write clear, compelling proposals Skilled in Customer-Facing & Relationship Building Must be comfortable in defining territories, pricing strategies, and value propositions Resilience & Persistence: Withstand the longer cycles, engineering scrutiny Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Market & Opportunity Development -Identify and engage with prospective customers: OEM/ODMs, ISPs, enterprises, etc. -Build a pipeline through outreach, trade shows. 2) Product Knowledge & Selling - Good understanding of WiFi/WiFi-7, test & measurement tools, performance validation, etc. - Be able to explain test solutions, real-world vs lab performance, automation in test scenarios. - Not just selling a product but mapping customer needs to Alethea's offerings (Products, Services). - Prepare proposals, demos, POCs (Proofs of Concept) as required. 3) Account Management & Customer Success - Maintain relationships with existing customers; seek upsells, renewals, service contracts. - Collect customer feedback, use that in product feedback loops (given strong focus on innovation in Alethea). 4) Sales Operations & Reporting - Manage forecasts, pipeline reporting, CRM usage. - Market Intelligence & Competitive Insight Experience- 2+ Yrs Location: Bangalore - (Complete Work From Office)
