Before that, we raised from Kalaari Capital, Kae Capital, and Citrix Startup Accelerator Opportunity Hiver is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound pipeline growth. You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through strategic outbound outreach and building meaningful relationships that lead to qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. Please note: This role involves outbound prospecting and cold outreach and will require working in the US shift. What You'll Be Working On - Generate and qualify net-new opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting. - Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts. - Develop tailored outreach strategies using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. - Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their pain points and position Hiver's value proposition effectively. - Work closely with Account Executives to create and maintain a healthy pipeline. - Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, qualified opportunities, and meetings booked. - Maintain detailed activity records in the CRM and ensure data accuracy. - Continuously test and optimize messaging, cadences, and outreach strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to engage prospects confidently. - Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen sales and communication skills. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 25 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or tech sales. - Proven track record of consistently exceeding pipeline and meeting targets. - Exceptional communication skills written, verbal, and active listening. - Proficiency with sales tools such as CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Lusha. - Strong research and account mapping skills to identify the right prospects. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail. - Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in the face of challenges.
