Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: - Sales and Business Development: Promote and sell life insurance policies to prospective clients through direct sales channels. - Client Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable insurance products. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. - Customer Service: Provide prompt and effective responses to client inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure excellent customer service. - Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the organization's overall business growth. - Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with insurance product features, market trends, and regulatory changes. Candidate Qualifications: - Previous Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. Experience in life insurance sales is highly desirable. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present information and respond to client queries. - Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term professional relationships. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are essential. - Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set personal goals, and achieve targets in a competitive environment. - Ethical Conduct: Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to high ethical and regulatory standards. - Product Knowledge: Understanding of various life insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk assessment. - Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online communication platforms.
