Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Relationship Manager located in Bangalore. The Key Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, developing client strategies, and managing account plans. The manager will also be responsible for client retention, resolving any issues or conflicts, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in relationship management, client servicing, and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities and developing client strategies
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
