We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience, demonstrating success in crafting and implementing long-term sales strategies, managing the sales cycle, and converting leads into loyal clients. As a Sales Manager, you will be in charge of business growth and cultivating lasting client relationships.
About the Role: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships in the IT sector.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement long-term sales strategies tailored to the IT industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth.
- Lead Conversion & Management:
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Implement effective lead conversion strategies to maximize customer acquisition.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and present tailored IT solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Communicate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, KPIs, and forecasts.
- Leverage CRM systems and data analytics tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management within the IT industry.
Required Skills: Proven track record in crafting and implementing long-term sales strategies, managing the sales cycle, and converting leads into loyal clients.
Preferred Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with CRM systems.
