Job Summary
The Cybersecurity Sales Manager will lead and execute sales strategy for cybersecurity products and services across international markets, focusing on enterprise and mid-market clients. The role requires building high-value relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other global decision-makers to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will combine deep cybersecurity expertise with proven international IT sales experience, excelling at navigating complex buying cycles, aligning with regional regulatory frameworks, and delivering tailored solutions to diverse client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and penetrate new international markets across BFSI, retail, Logistics, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and Facilitate relationships with CEO, CTO, CISO, CIOs and procurement leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM-driven reporting.
- Establish Reseller, Channel Partnerships and alliances to pursue large deals.
- Handle Post sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and build the account through cross sell and upsell.
- Conduct market research to understand market insights, trend and competitor pricing.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to present solutions across Zero Trust, SOC transformation, OT/ICS security, cloud security, IAM, and AI-driven threat detection.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to localize campaigns and feed client insights into product roadmaps.
- Represent the company at global trade shows, cybersecurity summits, and regulatory forums.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international industry standards while maintaining accurate sales records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of IT solution sales experience, including at least 3 years in cybersecurity sales with global clients.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals, preferably with a cybersecurity OEM, MSSP, or global system integrator.
- Strong exposure to international markets such as North America, Europe, GCC or APAC.
- Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity and familiarity with key frameworks and regulations
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills with cross-cultural engagement experience.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility to operate across time zones.
