Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and has a proven track record of running successful paid campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels.
- Create data-driven marketing strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Drive measurable business growth through performance marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements/Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under deadlines.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
