As a leading player in the food ingredients industry for over 40 years, our company is looking for a dynamic individual to drive sales growth in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the food ingredients sector.
- Identify and target potential clients in the assigned region to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 11-20 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food ingredients industry.
- Strong understanding of food ingredient products and market dynamics.
