Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT software services Generate leads through various channels including cold calling emailing networking and social platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions Prepare proposals business presentations and sales pitches Achieve sales targets and revenue goals Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions Maintain sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports Participate in business meetings client visits and product demos Required Skills Competencies Strong experience in IT sales software solutions and B2B sales Expertise in lead generation data mining cold calling and email campaigns Good understanding of IT products services software development and digital solutions Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Client-facing attitude with strong convincing ability Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Qualification Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science Business Administration or equivalent MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 249 01 - 62 989 49 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Experience IT sales software solutions and B2B sales 3 years Preferred lead generation data mining cold calling and email 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
