Job Description Job Title: Business Development Associate Location: Bangalore, India Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday included) Shifts: Rotational shifts Week Offs: Rotational week offs Type: Full-time Even Healthcare is a healthcare start-up committed to making healthcare more accessible, transparent, and effective for everyone. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our online sales team in Bangalore. You will play a critical role in driving outbound sales, converting leads, and delivering a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities - Make 125+ outbound calls daily to potential customers. - Achieve 50+ connected calls and maintain 3+ hours of daily talk time. - Handle inbound inquiries and follow up via phone, email, and chat. - Explain Even's healthcare membership plans clearly and persuasively. - Convert leads to paying customers and meet/exceed monthly sales targets. - Maintain accurate lead tracking and status updates in the CRM. - Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. - Collaborate with team members and attend regular training sessions. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 13 years of experience in sales (healthcare/insurance experience is a plus). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English (regional language proficiency is a plus). - Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Comfortable with high-volume calling and fast-paced work culture. - Proficient in CRM tools and online communication platforms. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, with rotational week offs, and Saturday & Sunday as working days.
