Role Purpose: As a Business Development Associate atPracto, you will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with potential clients, and driving growth to contribute to the company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: .Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's growth strategies. .Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders. .Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. .Prepare and present business proposals to prospective clients. .Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues. Required Skills/Qualifications: .Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. .Proven experience in business development or similar role. .Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. .Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset. .Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
