Job Description Responsibilities: - Responsible for sales and promotion of world-class American automation products designed and made for the Indian market. - Conduct technical presentations for customers, perform detailed technical and business needs analysis, and recommend appropriate automation solutions. - Follow up on existing sales leads and generate new business opportunities through telephone and email solicitation. - Execute direct sales to customers and provide necessary support to local distributors within the assigned area. - Train distributor sales engineers on company products, applications, and selling methods. - Reside within the assigned marketing area; the company has identified 75 marketing areas across India. - Travel extensively to customer accounts within the assigned marketing area. - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences to promote products and expand market reach. - Receive specialized training in strategic selling skills, technical product knowledge, and participate in periodic training sessions in the United States. Prerequisites / Requirements: - Proven track record of significant sales achievements in technical or industrial products. - Strong aptitude for computers and understanding of mechatronics concepts. - Aggressive, dynamic, and confident personality with excellent communication skills in English and local languages. - Skilled in delivering effective presentations to both small and large groups. - Clear understanding of the sales process with eagerness to learn and apply strategic selling skills from global experts. - Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage customer relationships and distributor interactions effectively.
