Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive BDE to join our admissions and student support team The role involves handling enquiries guiding students about available programs and achieving admission targets through effective communication and follow-up Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective students through calls walk-ins and online enquiries Provide detailed information about courses fees and admission procedures Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication until enrollment Convert enquiries into admissions by understanding student needs Maintain admission records and update CRM lead management systems Coordinate with academic teams for smooth onboarding of students Support promotional campaigns events seminars and outreach activities Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission goals Required Skills Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good convincing ability and customer-handling skills Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools preferred Experience in sales telecalling education counseling is an advantage Freshers with good communication skills can also apply Must be fluent in Malayalam English is an added advantage What We Offer Competitive salary package with attractive incentives Professional growth and career development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
