Role Overview: As aFundraising Specialist, you will lead efforts to identify, engage, and secure partnerships and funding opportunities withVCs, accelerators, and incubators. This role requires a mix of strategic research, storytelling, and relationship management skills to position 100X Growth Partners for success in the investment ecosystem. You will work directly with the Founders, offering an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of a rapidly scaling business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Investor Outreach & Research - Identify and create a targeted database of venture capital firms, incubators, and accelerators aligned with 100X's business model and growth stage. - Track industry trends, investor preferences, and funding cycles. 2. Fundraising Strategy & Applications - Draft and submit compelling proposals and applications to relevant investors and accelerators (e.g., Y Combinator, Sequoia Surge, etc.). - Collaborate onpitch decks, executive summaries, and investor documentsthat communicate our value proposition effectively. 3. Relationship Management - Coordinate and schedule investor meetings and follow-ups. - Maintain investor communications, pipelines, and CRM data. - Support founders in investor discussions by refining narratives and aligning messaging with growth strategies. 4. Market & Competitive Intelligence - Research competitor funding rounds and investment trends to identify white spaces and opportunities. - Present summarized insights to leadership to guide strategic decision-making. Requirements: Education: - Bachelor's or Master's degree inBusiness, Finance, Economics, or related fields. - Tier I/Tier II institute background preferred but not mandatory. Skills: - Strong research and analytical capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; experience creating pitch decks or investor proposals preferred. - Good understanding of thestartup and VC ecosystem. - Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. Traits: - Self-motivated and result-driven. - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
