Introduction We are seeking a creative and result-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and collaborating with influencers and content creators to promote our brand, products, and services across various digital platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a strong understanding of social media trends.Responsibilities• Identify, evaluate & onboard the right influencers for brand campaigns• Build strong relationships with influencers & agencies• Negotiate and secure cost-effective collaborations & deals• Coordinate content deliverables, timelines & reporting• Be proactive in spotting new influencer trendsRequirements• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing/collaborations• Excellent communication & people skills• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities• Good understanding of hospitality & lifestyle influencer spaceRequired Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Experience with influencer marketing platforms like Upfluence, AspireIQ, or similar is a plus. Soft Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of creativity and brand awareness. Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with a focus on results-driven strategies. Educational Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
