Job Description: Business Development Executive
Type: Work from Office
Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Salary: 20, ,000 per month plus bonus plus incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Client Aquisition:
• - Identify and reach out to prospective clients including villa owners, travel agents, influencers, and corporate groups
• - Generate and convert leads via outbound calls, emails, and networking
•- Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-ups
Villa Onboarding and Relationship Management:
• - Coordinate with villa owners for onboarding and documentation
• - Maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
• - Gather property details, pricing, images, and terms for listings
Sales Pitch and Closing:
• - Conduct sales calls and virtual/in-person meetings to present Stay Ukiyo's offerings
• - Negotiate terms and close high-value partnerships ano villa listings
• - Represent the brand in a professional, value-driven manner
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• - Work closely with guest relations, content, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• - Ensure listings are optimized and partners are supported post-signing
Market and Competitor Research:
• - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences
• - Identify new opportunities for growth across destinations and property types
Reporting and Documentation:
• - Maintain sales trackers, contracts, and deal logs
• - Provide weekly and monthly sales updates to the reporting manager
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Business and Account Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
