Job Description: Sales Specialist

Type: Work from Office

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

● Identify and reach out to prospective clients including villa owners, travel agents, influencers, and corporate groups

● Generate and convert leads via outbound calls, emails, and networking

● Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-ups

Villa Onboarding & Relationship Management

● Coordinate with villa owners for onboarding and documentation

● Maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction

● Gather property details, pricing, images, and terms for listings

Sales Pitch & Closing

● Conduct sales calls and virtual/in-person meetings to present Stay Ukiyo's offerings

● Negotiate terms and close high-value partnerships and villa listings

● Represent the brand in a professional, value-driven manner

Collaboration with Internal Teams

● Work closely with guest relations, content, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding

● Ensure listings are optimized and partners are supported post-signing

Market & Competitor Research

● Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences

● Identify new opportunities for growth across destinations and property types

Reporting & Documentation

● Maintain sales trackers, contracts, and deal logs

● Provide weekly and monthly sales updates to the reporting manager

Qualifications and Skills:
● Graduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

● Strong problem-solving ability with a results-driven mindset

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

● Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and client interaction is a plus
