The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, creating business strategies, and achieving sales targets and business growth. The role also involves market research, competitive analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to align business strategies with company goals. Qualifications - Business Development and Sales skills - Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and partnerships - Ability to create and implement strategic business plans - Market Research and Competitive Analysis skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
