Role Description This is a hybrid postion based in Lucknow for a Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidding Specialist). Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, developing new business strategies, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The role requires maintaining effective communication with potential and existing clients, preparing compelling proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve business objectives. Qualifications - Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation - Understanding of Business strategies and industry trends - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships - Proficiency in bidding and proposal creation on platforms like Upwork - Ability to work independently and meet targets effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
