Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to drive enterprise sales and expand market presence in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, acquiring key clients, and leading the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in scaling the business and shaping the AI-driven future of enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in India.
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organizations across various industries.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product teams, to ensure a seamless sales cycle and customer experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to enhance brand awareness and business development efforts.
- Forecast sales performance, report on pipeline activities, and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales, preferably within AI, analytics, or data-related solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and experience working with enterprise clients in India.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with C-level executives.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in consultative selling with a deep understanding of customer needs and industry challenges.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Bachelor&aposs degree required; MBA is a plus.
