Job Title Business Development Manager BDM Location Thane Maharashtra Experience 3 years in business development B2B tech sales Industry IT Solutions Cybersecurity Smart Infrastructure Type Full-Time On-Site About Us fast-growing ISO-certified technology company offering IT infrastructure cybersecurity solutions smart access systems and managed services We work with enterprise clients across sectors like education healthcare BFSI and commercial real estate and are partnered with top global OEMs to deliver end-to-end technology solutions Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our team The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling IT products and services with a focus on B2B enterprise clients This role demands excellent communication skills an understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to open new accounts as well as manage existing relationships Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets IT infrastructure cybersecurity smart access cloud etc Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to closure Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and OEMs Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and commercial quotes Work on RFPs tenders and vendor registration processes Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and client requirement Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development in IT cybersecurity or related fields Proven experience in technology solutions like cybersecurity cloud services network infrastructure and smart access systems by aligning them with customer requirements and business goals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation presentation and client engagement abilities Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively Bachelor s degree in business IT or a related field Familiarity with CRM tools MS Office and LinkedIn for sales outreach Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Notice period if serving what is was the last date Current CTC Expected CTC Education Bachelor s Required Experience Business Development 1 year Required IT Tech Software Sales 1 year Required Work Location In person
