About the Role Sminetech Solutions is looking for a smart proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Associate - Lead Generation to join our growing team This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to start a career in B2B tech sales and business development Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients across industries such as FinTech NBFCs Pharma Retail and Gaming Generate leads via LinkedIn email campaigns CRM tools cold calls and databases Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings or demos with the sales or leadership team Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems regularly Assist in writing cold outreach messages follow-ups and sales collaterals Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve outreach and conversion strategies Track market trends competitor activities and emerging sectors Must-Have Skills Excellent written and verbal communication English Strong research and analytical mindset Basic understanding of B2B IT services or eagerness to learn Familiarity with LinkedIn CRM tools and MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint Self-motivated goal-oriented and good at time management Nice-to-Have Skills Prior internship or experience in B2B sales or IT services domain Understanding of outbound email automation tools e g Instantly Lemlist Awareness of AI DevOps or Cloud technologies basic level Job Type Full-time Pay From 18 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
