Business Development Executive

About the Role We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to promote and sell our Tally ERP and SAP B1 solutions You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth for our enterprise software products Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads for Tally ERP and SAP B1 products through cold calling networking referrals and online research Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients highlighting features benefits and ROI Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions Prepare proposals quotations and negotiate terms to close deals Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the management Stay updated on market trends competitor offerings and industry developments Participate in marketing campaigns exhibitions webinars and other promotional events Requirements Candidate Preferences Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or related field Proven interest or experience in software sales especially ERP Tally or SAP B1 products Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Self-motivated target-oriented and results-driven mindset Ability to understand client business processes and recommend suitable solutions Basic knowledge of accounting and business processes is a plus Comfortable with B2B sales and handling client objections professionally Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for tracking leads and sales activities Why Join Us Opportunity to work with industry-leading ERP solutions High-growth environment with performance-based incentives Exposure to B2B sales and enterprise software solutions Learning opportunities in client management software demos and enterprise solutions Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
