Do you crave order Are you the very best at follow-through Do you have a knack for knowing what s important Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Executive - Business Development to work closely with the General Manager in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise Job Summary As an Executive - Business Development your key tasks include Supporting and managing in-licensing activities for pharmaceutical products across multiple international markets Conducting thorough due diligence market assessments and competitor analysis to identify and evaluate new product opportunities Coordinating and tracking regulatory and commercial documentation including dossiers agreements and evaluations ensuring accuracy and compliance Assisting in drafting reviewing and maintaining agreements term sheets and NDAs in collaboration with legal and regulatory teams Managing ongoing partner and alliance relationships by monitoring performance facilitating communication and resolving operational issues Preparing insightful business reports presentations and dashboards using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Ensuring effective cross-functional coordination between regulatory supply chain and commercial teams to support timely project execution Qualification Experience Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria Graduate degree in Pharmacy B Pharm with a postgraduate qualification MBA preferred 3-5 years of experience in Business Development specifically in in-licensing and Alliance Management within the pharmaceutical industry Strong exposure to in-licensing business evaluation and partnership management within the pharmaceutical sector Skills Knowledge The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Candidates must possess sound knowledge of pharma in-licensing processes alliance management principles and product evaluation frameworks along with strong communication negotiation and analytical abilities A structured responsible and focused individual who thrives on accuracy accountability and disciplined follow-through will excel in this role If you are eager to make the most of this opportunity kindly fill in the details in respective fields and submit your application for the position For any further clarification and information related to the position you may please contact 91 22 4141 7923 Ms Pradnya
