We are GMP, WHO-GMP, and ISO 9001:2015 certified, serving both domestic and international markets with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing / Sales Manager (Domestic Market) to lead our India business for APIs and intermediates. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, established contacts within the Indian pharmaceutical sector, and a proven ability to drive sales growth.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for APIs and intermediates in the domestic market.- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across India.- Manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking.- Coordinate with production, QC, QA, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.- Participate in pricing discussions, negotiations, and tenders.- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS updates.- Represent the company at pharma exhibitions and networking events.Desired Candidate Profile:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Marketing.- 5-7 years of experience in marketing/sales of APIs or intermediates within the Indian pharmaceutical industry.- Strong understanding of API products, pharma manufacturing, and supply chain processes.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
