Key Responsibilities Client Engagement o Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients ensuring their needs are met and providing a high level of customer satisfaction o Support the team in building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients ensuring repeat business and loyalty o HNI Clients Registration during Events Sales Strategy and Execution o Build and execute sales funnels for specific events IPs o Meet monthly quarterly revenue targets via strategic outreach Revenue Tracking and Reporting o Help track project revenue and assist in ensuring that revenue targets are met o Assist in preparing and sharing regular revenue reports and performance metrics with the team Event Support and Coordination o Assist in planning and coordinating client events ensuring logistics registrations and event materials are organized and delivered smoothly o Support the team on event days providing hands-on assistance and ensuring all client needs are met on-site Event Sponsorship and Business Development o Pitching Project to Potential Sponsors o Support in reaching out to potential clients preparing proposals and assisting with sales pitches o Contribute to the creation of sales materials and presentations to attract new clients and business opportunities Process Improvement Suggestions o Observe and suggest improvements to customer engagement processes and revenue strategies contributing to continuous improvement initiatives This internship offers you the opportunity to learn and grow in customer relations sales and business development while making meaningful contributions to the organization s growth REQUIRED SKILL SET Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint Strong email communication and professional writing skills Exceptional fluency in English both spoken and written Comfort with handling numbers and data analysis Excellent communication and persuasive skills Collaborative team player with the ability to work well with others Strong academic background with a passion for continuous learning High attention to detail and a proactive eager-to-learn attitude Driven ambitious and goal-oriented with a desire to achieve success Internship Tenure Minimum duration of 3 months Extendable as Mutually Agreed This a full time on-site role Stipend Benefits INR 7 000 fixed stipend per month Additional incentives if applicable details to be shared via email Contact Harshada A HR Ops Brand Torque 91 9326 427295 Please share your resume corporateconnect brandtorque in Job Types Full-time Fresher Internship Work Location In person
