We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales and Business Development professional to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our company's growth and revenue goals. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and supporting strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities : 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline. 2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their needs and presenting our products/services as effective solutions. 3. Sales Execution: Manage and drive the sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts. Business Development: Collaborate with leadership to identify and develop strategic partnerships that open up new markets and growth avenues for the company. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and provide market feedback to help refine our offerings. Qualifications : - Proven experience (2-5 years) in sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and business development processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus Can mail your resume
