Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager or Sales Officer in the Modern Trade and HoReCa Channel, based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role involves regular travel within the region to meet clients and oversee sales operations, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge and experience in Modern Trade and HoReCa Channel sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Good understanding of the tea industry and market trends is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region
