Sales Executive/Officer-Horeca

Location: Bangalore / Jaipur / Delhi / Noida
Role Purpose:
To drive HORECA channel growth through account management, distribution expansion, and achieving ROI-based sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, caterers, banquets, cafs, clubs).
- Expand and strengthen distribution network to ensure product reach and availability.
- Drive ROI-focused sales growth optimize spends on trade promotions, sampling, and activations.
- Manage and grow business from existing key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and schemes with purchase managers and decision-makers.
- Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and ensure availability at outlets.
- Submit sales reports, ROI analysis, forecasts, and market intelligence regularly.
- Ensure timely collections and credit discipline.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate; MBA preferred.
3–9years of sales experience in HORECA / FMCG / food services.
- Strong knowledge of distribution management and ROI tracking.
- Established HORECA network in the assigned city.
- Strong negotiation, execution, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven and target-focused with ability to travel extensively.
