We are now looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to strengthen our HoReCa sales network in Delhi/Ludhiana/Dehradun.

Role Overview

The Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, and institutional buyers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the frozen food industry with a strong HoReCa client network and proven sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the HoReCa customer base (hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSR chains, and institutions) in the Delhi/Ludhiana/Dehradun region.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective business development.
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and decision-makers in the HoReCa segment.
  • Conduct product presentations, sampling, and promotional activities to increase product penetration.
  • Ensure availability and visibility of Goeld products in assigned outlets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
  • Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client updates on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the frozen food industry with a strong focus on HoReCa sales (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the HoReCa segment.
  • Strong client network in Delhi NCR's/Ludhiana/Dehradun hotel, restaurant, and catering industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
