Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage and enhance relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing CRM strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value, while ensuring a smooth and personalized customer journey across all touchpoints. Key Skills Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer success, or customer engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into action. - Familiarity with email marketing tools, segmentation strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
