Role Description This is a full time on site role for a Senior Business Development Executive, located in Pune. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing leads, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing key accounts. Other responsibilities include formulating and implementing business strategies, fostering long-term partnerships, and presenting solutions to meet client needs. You'll be responsible for: - Identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities - Generating qualified leads through outbound and inbound channels - Managing and nurturing long-term client relationships - Working with databases and prospecting tools to build strong pipelines - Creating and executing business development strategies - Understanding client requirements and presenting the right solutions - Preparing and delivering sales pitches, proposals, and sales decks - Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets - Collaborating with internal teams for smooth handovers and delivery Required skills & experience - 5+ years of experience working as business development manager - Proven experience in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management - Hands on experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, and similar prospecting tools - Experience with email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling - Strong ability to build and manage outreach workflows - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to create sales decks, proposals, and client facing presentations - Proactive, target driven, and able to manage multiple priorities - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the technology or software services industry is preferred - Strong problem solving skills and adaptability in fast paced environments
