Job Title Hospitality sales manager Location Coonoor near Ooty Employment Type Full-time Salary 45 000 - 50 000 per month About the Role Hotel Vivek is hiring an experienced and target-oriented Hospitality sales manager The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth managing key accounts and developing strategic partnerships to increase hotel occupancy and revenue This role requires strong experience in hotel sales corporate tie-ups and event-based business development Key Responsibilities Plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote hotel rooms banquets and special packages Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agents wedding planners and event organizers Achieve sales targets for corporate stays leisure bookings conferences weddings and group events Identify and convert new business opportunities within the hospitality market Collaborate with the front office and operations teams to ensure excellent guest experiences Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance insights to management Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience in hotel or resort sales mandatory Strong client network within the hospitality and travel sector Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills Good understanding of the Coonoor-Ooty hospitality market and regional tourism trends Key Attributes Self-motivated result-oriented and proactive in building business relationships Strong presentation and persuasion abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Complimentary meals provided Supportive and growth-driven work environment Work Location On-site Coonoor Ooty Industry Hotel Hospitality only Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
