**Office Administrator**

**Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru (Onsite only)**

**Working Schedule: Mon - Sat (10 AM to 7 PM)**

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and presentable office space/factory premises.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Timely scheduling of orders on various platforms regularly.
- Liaise with the Dispatch Team for customer queries and ensure prompt reply.
- Oversee communications with various vendors for procurement.
- Maintaining sales & payment in-wards reports for all platforms.
- Recording all dispute claims and act as a single P.O.C for all platform related queries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in office administration & vendor management & procurement. (2+ years).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in the use of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong ethics and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
