Remote, India Oxyvin Technologies Full time

Should have previous experience in customer service preferably in a call center setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good communication and proficiency in English.

Familiarity with CRM Software and other relevant tools preferred.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends and holiday as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers in the US time zone, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical assistance.
- Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers in the US time zone to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally and efficient

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
