Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Representative with a strong

will have 2-3 years of experience in customer support, possess excellent English communication

skills, and have a proactive approach to solving customer issues. This role requires a blend of

customer service expertise and an operational mindset to support efficient handling and resolution

of customer inquiries.

- Identify recurring customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Develop solutions for common customer concerns in collaboration with the

operations team.
- Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Generate reports on common inquiries, resolutions, and operational trends to

support decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer support, ideally with exposure to

operational processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Customer Service Orientation: Passionate about helping customers and improving

their experience.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to analyze issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic

operational tools.
