**Role Overview**

As a **Customer Support Representative**, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to CherishX's clients. You will manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless experience for all customers, enhancing our reputation as a trusted celebration partner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer complaints, concerns, and service-related queries promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- **Service Coordination**: Liaise with internal teams and service partners to ensure smooth execution of orders and services.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and report recurring issues to the management team.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service issues in the CRM system.
- **Upselling**: Identify opportunities to suggest additional services and upsell CherishX offerings to customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Graduate in any field (preferably in business, communication, or hospitality).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive demeanor.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
