**Job Summary**:
We seek highly motivated and driven Sales Associates to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our reach and promoting our programs to prospective clients (schools). As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with school owners and administrators, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and secure new school clients.
- Conduct market research, identify potential prospects, and generate qualified leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of our programs.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build strong relationships with school owners and administrators, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay up—to—date with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and evolving market demands.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and up—to—date records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education or child development sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities, with a talent for closing deals.
- Exceptional relationship—building and interpersonal skills.
- Self—motivated, with a driven and results—oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using MS Office/Google apps, CRM software and other sales
tools.
Willingness to travel nationwide as per business requirements
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
