Sales (Edtech)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities with K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and other educational organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our EdTech solutions.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospective customers and tailor our offerings to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the EdTech industry.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the education landscape, including knowledge of K-12 and higher education markets, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry conferences and events, as needed.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
