**Position:
- **Customer Service Assistant
**Responsibilities:
- **
- Give clear information about product support, warranties, and troubleshooting.
- Guide customers on our website to find what they need.
- Write down details of every conversation with customers.
- Work with other teams to solve tricky problems.
- Check back with customers to make sure everything is fixed.
- Learn about our products and rules to help customers better.
**Requirements**:
- Good at speaking and writing in English.
- Some experience in customer service is helpful.
- Know how to use computers and basic programs like Excel and Word.
- Can handle different tasks at once.
- Patient and caring with customers.
- High school diploma or similar.
