Customer Service Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet passengers and guide them to their booked vehicles.
- Ensure smooth booking and on boarding experience.
- Assist passengers during any a foreseen situations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the drivers to ensure smooth operation.
- Stay up-to-date with company procedures and policies.
- Provide special assistance to elderly or disabled passengers.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably certified in Aviation or Hospitality Management.
- Previous experience in Airport Customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and conflict situations
- Fluent in English /Hindi/Telugu.
- Physically fit, Pleasant personality
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
