Location:

Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for the CEO.
- Documentation and Reports: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for the CEO.
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite and other office management software.
