Assistant to CEO

**Job Summary**:
The **Assistant to the CEO** will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the executive office. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain confidentiality, and act as a key liaison between the CEO, senior executives, clients, and staff. The Assistant will help prioritize the CEO’s workload, handle sensitive matters, and assist in key decision-making processes.

**Key Responsibilities:Executive Support**:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and organize the CEO’s daily activities, ensuring that time is allocated to high-priority tasks.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Assist the CEO with preparing for meetings, including gathering necessary materials, briefing documents, and follow-up actions.
- Take notes during meetings and maintain action points or follow-up items for the CEO.
**Communication & Coordination**:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other executives, staff, clients, and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external communications for the CEO, including presentations, speeches, and reports.
**Travel & Logistics**:
- Organize and arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Prepare travel expense reports and process reimbursements.
- Ensure the CEO’s schedule is aligned with travel plans, making adjustments as needed for time-sensitive matters.
**Project Management & Assistance**:
- Support the CEO with various projects, conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports as needed.
- Manage and follow up on tasks or projects assigned to other departments or teams.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of the CEO's vision and strategic initiatives.
**Office Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the CEO’s office, including managing supplies, equipment, and office organization.
- Handle personal administrative tasks for the CEO, as needed, maintaining a balance between professional and personal responsibilities.
- Organize company events, meetings, or conferences that the CEO is involved in.
**Confidentiality & Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive documents, contracts, and communications with a high level of confidentiality.
- Assist in managing confidential and high-stakes matters on behalf of the CEO.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact professionally with senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
