**Position**: Assistant to CEO
**Location**: Grant road
**Employment Type**: [Full-Time]
**Experience Required**: 0 - 2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings and events.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as directed by the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and ensure timely execution of CEO directives.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Handle personal tasks for the CEO as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
