**Reports To**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

**Job Summary**
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, helping the CEO manage priorities, maintain a productive schedule, and handle confidential tasks. The EA is a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders and plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and coordination across the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and necessary materials; follow up on action items as needed.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records for easy access and reference.
- **Communication Management**:

- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, representing the CEO professionally.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Support the CEO in managing and tracking key projects, ensuring milestones are met.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, helping align teams with the CEO’s priorities.
- **Meeting and Event Planning**:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, offsites, and events involving the CEO and key stakeholders.
- Prepare logistics for board meetings, including document preparation and liaising with board members.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements, with clear agendas, background information, and required documents.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Exercise discretion and sound judgment when addressing sensitive issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and handle complex tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
