Executive Assistant to CEO

The Executive Assistant to CEO will play a key role in supporting the CEO with high-level strategic and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of information and communication between internal and external stakeholders. This individual will support decision-making by providing timely data analysis, insights, and operational reports to the CEO. He/She will help monitor strategic projects, track progress on key initiatives, and ensure thorough follow-up.

- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports on topics relevant to the CEO’s and Company’s strategic goals and initiatives.
- Support decision-making with data analysis, trends, and insights as needed.
- ** MIS:
- **
- Ensure the accuracy of companywide operational data.
- Report summarized data to top management in a timely manner to facilitate decision-making.
- Provide assistance in use of performance measurement metrics to help assess the magnitude of variances on important company parameters and enable decision-making.
- ** Coordination & Liaison:
- **
- Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure post-meeting actions are assigned and followed up.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- ** Special Projects - Coordination and Management:
- **
- Act as a trusted confidant of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and reliability in all interactions.
- Assist in monitoring the progress of strategic projects, keeping the CEO updated on milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and project stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Keep track of action items assigned by the CEO and follow up with relevant parties to ensure completion.
**Qualifications / Experience**:
- A master’s degree in business administration or a master’s in management studies is a must.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and data analysis tools.
**Salary**:
