**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Executive Support**:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to maximize productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
- **Communication and Correspondence**:

- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and executive team members.
- **Project and Task Management**:

- Assist the CEO in organizing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Track and report progress on ongoing projects, providing updates and reminders to the CEO.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed for executive decision-making.
- **Travel and Event Planning**:

- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Plan and coordinate special events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- **Office Management and Administration**:

- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, contracts, and records.
- Liaise with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage expenses, prepare monthly reports, and handle reimbursement submissions for the CEO.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably supporting senior management or C-level executives.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
